5:30-7:30 at the Parish Hall
Families whose names begin with letters A - P are to make one homemade pie or two dozen homemade cookies. Families whose names begin with letters Q - Z are to bring one cake for the cakewalk. Each family is asked to bring 10 small prizes for the fish pond. It is very important that everyone makes a pie/cake/cookies and also prizes for the fish pond. The first person listed on each committee is the chairperson. Each chairperson will be sent instructions for their committee’s duties in the mail. Persons unable to work are to find their own replacements. Some suggestions for substitutes are listed at the bottom, but there are many other members of the parish who have not been assigned a job that may be willing to participate.
